1.One Fennel Bulb
Fennel is a plant that represents an energy source; it also abounds in vitamin C and antioxidants. Vitamin C impedes skin damage, whereas antioxidants soothe skin inflammations very effectively. The flannel also functions as a diuretic (say goodbye to swollen eyes) and antiseptic due to its ability to destroy bacteria.
2. One Big Beetroot
Beetroot is known for its richness in iron (an ingredient that fights against dark circles under your eyes), and vitamin A, which is necessary to our skin so that it remains healthy.
3. Two Green Apples
Apples are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fibers, which eliminate the toxins out of our bodies.
4. One Pear
